Owego is the town I grew up in. Plenty of things I can say about the town.
It's a small town with just under 4000 residents. The architecture is is typical of small upstate New York towns. the largest building in Owego is the court house, the building in this page's image. The surrounding land include hills, the Susquehanna river, lots of farm land and forest areas.
